We work alongside creative business owners and organizations to host community-building events – virtual workshops, “open houses”, and other interactive engagements – to support small businesses, community leaders and educators in collaborating with creatives or getting to know their clients better. We believe these virtual or hybrid events are important tools to implement, especially if we are not meeting in person with the same level of connection and energy as we did “pre-pandemic”.
We offer virtual event planning & coordination for virtual, in-person, and hybrid events in 3 custom packages:
A custom timeline and overview of all moving parts for your event, decision points, and deadlines (in a pretty-to-look at and easy-to-understand spreadsheet, calendar, or list!). Pricing begins at $250.
This custom plan can include support for each and every detail of your event – from designing mood boards to post-event attendee engagement. Pricing begins at $600.
We work with you from start to finish on a project and this is where our multidisciplinary event planning service comes into play. After an initial consultation to discuss your ideas and connect with our team, we create your custom event planning guide to identify areas you may need support in. We also have lots of event ideas for you to get inspired by! The necessity of virtual events in many cases is a great opportunity to explore hybrid event ideas like in-person tactile experiences (ie. printables, interactive workshops) and community engagement on social media.
Our team will ensure all people (and decor) are in place, the timeline is on track, and all details come together without hitch so you can enjoy the full experience of your event. Pricing begins at $300.
Hire up to 4 coordinators for in-person event support and assistance – whether you are hosting a conference or a team strategy day, shooting brand content and working with multiple artists, requiring last-minute vendor communication, or guest/attendee management – we can pick up where you left off. This package begins with event overview meetings 3-4 weeks ahead of the event date. Book early to ensure availability for your date.
We offer strictly day-of event coordination, facilitation support, marketing assistance, speaker research and coordination, digital marketing or social media promotion, copywriting, technology management for virtual events, and more – just ask us!
If it’s not in our wheelhouse, we will connect you with preferred vendors (ie. graphic designers, facilitators, or speakers) to bring your event vision to life.
